SHIPPING POLICY
U.K. SHIPPING ONLY
Once your order has been shipped, it will be sent either standard shipping (Royal Mail 2nd class) or tracked shipping (48 hour).
If you have selected our standard shipping option, we cannot track your parcel. Please bare this in mind before ordering! If your parcel goes missing, we can no longer trace the whereabouts of your parcel. Whilst we appreciate the cost of living is increasing, our standard shipping option is there as a cheaper option, but our Tracked shipping is only £1 more and it will give you more reassurance that your parcel will arrive safely.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 working days. If you are not happy with the quality of your product and wish to return it please ensure it is in its original packaging and has no damages.
As we are a small business, we cannot offer labels for returns so you will be responsible for shipping costs.Once we have received your returned product we will inspect for any damages or faults with said product(s) in which case a full refund will be returned.
